Return & Refund Policy – Klyne

At Klyne, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery in line with Irish consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

How to return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@myklyne.com and we’ll provide you with the return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 14 working days.

  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need the same item exchanged, please email us at contact@myklyne.com.

Responsibility for returns

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing insurance for valuable items. Klyne cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
