1) Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on klyne.shop, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2) Prices & Payments

• Prices are displayed in euro (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

• You agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any shipping charges.

• Payments are processed securely by our certified payment partners. Klyne does not store full card details.

3) Shipping, Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• Orders are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

• Consumers in Ireland have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery for most online purchases. To exercise it, contact us within 14 days and return the goods in resalable condition.

• Returns and refunds are managed under our Return & Refund Policy (faulty/incorrect items are covered by us; otherwise return postage is at the customer’s cost).

• Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or digital-content reasons, as outlined in our policy.

4) Order Acceptance & Availability

We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If payment has been taken, we will issue a prompt refund.

5) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Klyne or its licensors. Any reproduction or use requires prior written permission.

6) Warranties & Liability

• Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and applicable sale-of-goods law).

• Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is”.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Irish courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence within the EEA.
